Mixed media works on canvas exploring unexpected material combinations and the dialogue that arise from these. These works are a homage to the intuitive, the unexpected, and an abandonment of control. They explore what happens not just compositionally (within the artworks) but psychologically (within ourselves) when seemingly opposing elements are brought together and allowed to interact as they please—resulting in works of art rich in clashes and contradictions yet nevertheless in complete balance. 

This work is an elaboration upon Compound (An Interlocutor) (2021).
