Works on paper exploring the spatial concept of the fold. Being at once a noun and a verb, the word ‘fold’ holds a double meaning: a fold is an element in space; to fold in an action one may undertake to relate to oneself and one’s surroundings. These works reflect both of these ideas at once: they are movements trapped in time—on the one hand static elements, on the other dynamic actions.
